1 cup water
1.5 cups bajra flour
1/2 cup besan
1 onion
1/2 carrot
1/2 cup coriander leaves
1 tablespoon oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon jaggery (optional)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda (optional)
2 green chilies
5-7 curry leaves
1 tablespoon ginger (minced)
3-4 garlic cloves (minced)
1 red chili (for tempering)

Take 1/2 cup fresh yogurt in a bowl.
