Roast 1/2 cup of almonds in a pan for about 5 minutes until brown spots appear.

Add 1/2 cup of cashews to the pan and roast for another 5 minutes.

Add 1/2 cup of walnuts to the same pan and roast for about 2 to 3 minutes, then add them to the plate with the other nuts.

Toast 25 pitted dates in the pan for about 2 minutes after removing the seeds, then keep them aside.

Once the nuts have cooled, transfer them to a food processor and grind them into a coarse mixture.

Transfer the ground nuts to a bowl and add the toasted dates to the food processor, grinding them until mushy.

Add the coarse ground nuts back to the food processor along with 1 teaspoon of cardamom powder and blend until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to a plate and apply a little ghee onto your palms.

Take a small amount of the mixture and shape it into small laddus, repeating until all the mixture is used.
