Roast the suji/semolina in 1 Tbsp ghee for 5-7 minutes.

Add 2 and 1/4 cups of milk and mix well.

Stir in 1/2 tsp cardamom powder and some saffron mixed with milk.

Add 1/2 cup sugar and mix well.

Add another 1 Tbsp ghee and cook until the mixture separates from the pan.

Grease a plate with oil and spread the mixture well.

Top with almonds and pistachios.

Cool down and keep aside for 30 minutes.
