1

Welcome to my kitchen, I'm Jameson and I'm going to show you how to make a queso seafood rotail dip.

2

Start with some shrimp, and clean them by removing the tails. Cut the shrimp into bite-sized pieces, about four cuts each.

3

Heat a skillet on medium heat and add southwest style corn with peppers.

4

Add in Rotel tomatoes to the skillet.

5

Use Queso Blanco Velveeta cheese, allowing it to melt into the mixture.

6

Once the cheese is still a little chunky, add the chopped shrimp. Wait until the shrimp turns pink before adding more seafood.

7

Add Langustinina lobster tail meat to the dip, which is already cooked, and just needs to warm up.

8

Fold in lump swimming crab meat gently to maintain its texture.

9

Season with Old Bay seasoning, a generous pinch of black pepper, a pinch of ground cumin, and a little garlic powder.

10

Preheat the oven to 350°F for making croutons from a couple days old baguette.

11

Slice the baguette on a bias into quarter-inch pieces for croutons.
