1 cup white Onion
3-4 Garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp Salt
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Cumin powder
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1 cup Parsley
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Cooking oil for frying

Soak chickpeas overnight.

Chop the onion, garlic, and parsley.

In a food processor, combine soaked chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin powder, lemon juice, baking soda, and sesame seeds.

Blend until a coarse mixture forms.
