1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 Tbsp lemon juice
salt to taste
1 Tbsp cilantro (garnish)
2 Tbsp green onions (garnish)

Add 1 cup chopped bell peppers, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, and 1 tsp garam masala.
