I have 4 packs of cassava leaves, smoked fish, and palm oil for the soup.

I will blend 1 onion, 1 habanero pepper, and 4 habanero peppers with a little water until well combined.

Add the blended ingredients to the pan with a little water to rinse the blender.

Add salt to taste and mix well.

Season cook the meat without adding water for 40 minutes.

Blend 1 onion, 4 habanero peppers, and Jimbo cubes; this is optional for spice.

Add crayfish to the cassava leaf soup.

Rinse the cassava leaves in a strainer 1-2 times and squeeze out excess water.
