lemon juice
1/2 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp sesame seeds
salt to taste

Soak the white chickpeas for several hours or overnight.

In a food processor, combine soaked chickpeas, onion, garlic cloves, coriander leaves, green chillies, lemon juice, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper, red chilli powder, sesame seeds, and salt.

Blend the mixture until it is coarse but well combined.
