Start with crispy samosas and serve with green chutney.
Add chili powder and yogurt to enhance the flavors of the samosas.
Cut garlic naan into strips and bake to make crispy naan chips.
Fill the board with choc krispies for garnish.
For saffron buns, mix bread flour, brown sugar, salt, and yeast in a mixer.
Grind saffron with granulated sugar, heat milk with saffron, and melt butter in it.

For tamales, mix lard, baking powder, and salt with a hand mixer for 5 minutes until creamy.
Add maseka and broth alternately, mixing for 15-20 minutes until masa floats in water.
Spread masa on corn husks, add filling, and close them up.
Place tamales upright in a pot, cover, and steam for 1.5 hours.
For steamed fish, slice ginger and chop scallions, keeping greens separate.
Prepare fish by trimming if necessary, and lay it on a bed of scallions and ginger.
Steam fish for 11 minutes, then heat oil and pour over fish along with soy sauce.
For tiropites, mix egg, cottage cheese, parmesan, and feta with salt and pepper.
Place mixture on buttery filo dough and fold into triangles, topping with more melted butter.
Make thyme honey to drizzle over tiropites after baking.
For chicken filling, combine chicken thighs, water, peppers, onions, cilantro, and garlic in a large pot.
Add sofrito, salsa, oregano, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, and chicken bouillon, then mix well.
Cover and let sit for 24 hours, then boil chicken until tender, reserving broth and peppers.
Shred chicken and sauté with reserved peppers for 15 minutes, then add tomato sauce and broth.
Prepare masa with cooked bananas, plantains, pumpkin, and yothiya, mixing until smooth and colored.
Stuff pasteles with chicken mixture, optionally adding olives and chickpeas.
