1 medium sized white onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 pork cube
1/2 tsp. black pepper
250 g. ground pork
150 g. shrimp
150 g. squid
150 g. seafood mix
50 g. peanuts, finely crushed
100 g. smoked salmon
80 g. shrimp, steamed
80 g. squid, steamed
100 g. fried tofu, cut into cubes
50 g. green onions, for garnish
50 g. pork (chicharon) cracklings
2 hard boiled eggs
2 pcs. lemon, squeezed or sliced

Turn heat to low and add noodles to the cooked sauce, mixing until all noodles are covered.
