  • 1 cup jaggery (grated)
  • 1/2 cup coconut (grated)
  • 1/4 cup ghee (clarified butter)
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (cashews, pistachios)
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. 1In a pan, heat the ghee over medium heat.
  2. 2Add the almond flour to the pan and roast it for about 5-7 minutes until it turns golden brown and aromatic.
  3. 3In a separate pot, combine jaggery and water. Heat until the jaggery dissolves completely to form a syrup.
  4. 4Once the syrup is ready, add the roasted almond flour to the jaggery syrup.
  5. 5Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the mixture thickens.
