Roast semolina in a pan over low heat until lightly golden, about 5-7 minutes.
Add grated coconut to the pan and continue roasting for 2-3 minutes.
Heat ghee in a separate pan until melted.
Add sugar to the ghee and stir until dissolved.
Incorporate the roasted semolina and coconut mixture into the ghee and sugar.
Mix well to combine all ingredients evenly.
Add cardamom powder and stir for another minute.
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.
Grease your hands with ghee and take small portions of the mixture.
Shape into round balls (ladoo) using your palms.
Press nuts and raisins into the ladoos for garnish.
Allow the ladoos to cool completely before serving.
