Mash the plantains, add the blended mixture, salt, stir, add flour and mix.

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat.

Scoop a spoonful of the mixture into the oil and shallow fry until golden brown.

Place then on a paper towel to drain excess oil.

Tatale ready to serve. Garnish with spring onion.
