Shape the meat mixture into small, finger-sized sausages.
Preheat the grill or skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Lightly oil the grill grates or skillet to prevent sticking.
Place the chevapi on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Serve with pita bread, sour cream, chopped red onion, and ajvar.
