Shrimp Jollof Spaghetti

Boil a pot of water and add spaghetti, optionally breaking it to desired size.
Add a little table salt and a bit of oil to prevent sticking, then stir and cook until soft.
Once spaghetti is soft, pierce it to check doneness, then set aside and run cool water over it to stop cooking.
In a cooking pan, add olive oil and seasoned shrimp (with black pepper, garlic powder, and chicken stock powder) and stir-fry for 1 minute, then remove shrimp from the pan.
Add chopped onion to the pan and cook until slightly softened.
Stir in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and cook until well combined and dried.
Add a pepper sauce made with garlic, ginger, and scotch bonnet pepper, along with the remaining chicken stock powder, and stir well.
Add curry powder and a cup of boiling water, then let cook for 3 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce and stir well, then cover and reduce heat to low to allow spaghetti to absorb flavors from the sauce.
Garnish with fresh sliced onion and sweet red chili pepper, then stir and cover again, adjusting salt to taste if needed, and allow to cook further with steam from the pot.
