500 gm Minced Chicken
1 cup Mixed Vegetables
2 Shallots
2 Chilli
3 Garlic
1 ½ tbsp Kecap Manis (Sweet Soy Sauce)
1 tbsp Light/Regular Soy Sauce
1 ½ tbsp Sambal Oelek
½ tsp Pepper Powder
1 tbsp Shrimp Paste
Salt
Cooking Oil
2 Eggs
Cucumber
Tomato
Shrimp Wafers

Marinate the minced chicken with light soy sauce, salt, and pepper; set aside.

Blend roughly chopped shallots, garlic, chilies, and shrimp paste to make a sauce; set aside.

In a bowl, mix Kecap Manis, Sambal Oelek, regular soy sauce, and a tiny bit of salt; set aside.

Heat oil in a wok over medium-high flame; add the blended paste and stir until oil separates from the paste.

Add the marinated chicken and cook until fully cooked.

Add mixed vegetables and stir well, avoiding overcooking.

Add cold cooked rice, breaking up lumps; mix well with the chicken and vegetables.

Pour in the sauce mixture and stir everything together on high heat.
