6 Potatoes; peeled and sliced
1/4 cup Parsley; chopped

In a large bowl add the lamb chops, salt, black pepper, paprika, peri-peri sauce, bay leaves, white wine and garlic. Cover, refrigerate and marinate for 2-3 hours.

To a large pot add the olive oil, onions, marinated lamb chops, yellow peppers, crushed tomatoes and the leftover marinade. Cover and simmer the meat on low heat for 45 minutes without stirring.

Add the parsley and potatoes, cover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes until you can prick a fork through the potatoes with ease.
