several skewers for the fish cakes

Cut the radish into 4 pieces to prepare the broth.

Slice 1 green onion (for garnish), trim the roots of the enoki mushrooms, and score the shiitake mushrooms in a cross pattern.

In a pot, add plenty of water, the radish, 1 piece of kelp, and the anchovies, and bring to a boil.

Once the water starts boiling, remove the kelp after 5-10 minutes and add 1 green onion (for broth) to continue boiling.

Add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of cooking wine to season the broth.

While the broth is simmering, skewer the fish cakes onto the skewers.

In a pot for the fish cake soup, arrange the fish cake skewers, enoki mushrooms, 1 green onion (for garnish), Cheongyang pepper, red pepper or peperoncino, minced garlic, and crown daisy nicely.

Pour the prepared broth into the pot and boil again to cook the fish cakes, and it's done!!!!
