If the Ethiopian calendar takes time to get used to, try figuring out Ethiopian time. 🇪🇹⌚ 🕧Ethiopia uses a 12 clock system the starts from Dawn to Dusk and then resets from Dusk to Dawn.🕧 Right now it is 9:30pm, but if this was Ethiopia they may chuckle and say it is 3:30 or 3 hours and 30 minutes after Dusk.✨ Take it in....It took me a hot minute to wrap my mind around this... 🎇😆 ✨But regardless of the time, it is always the right time to try Tej or Ethiopia's home-brewed honey wine.🍯🍷 ✨For my #armchairtravel adventure, I tried to make it 2 ways: ✅First with the traditional ingredients including gesho a medicinal shrub made from the buckthorn plant. ✅Secondly by adding honey water to white wine.
