2 cups black-eyed peas
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 green chilies, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup water

Soak the black-eyed peas in water overnight.

Drain and rinse the soaked peas, then blend them with the chopped onion, green chilies, salt, black pepper, and baking powder until smooth.

Add water gradually to achieve a thick batter consistency.

Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.

Using a spoon, drop small amounts of the batter into the hot oil.

Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Remove the fried Accra and drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
