0.3 lbs (150 g) cherry tomatoes
70 g green olives
1 cup (250 ml) white wine

Fry 5 chicken thighs in olive oil until golden brown on both sides.

Add 1 onion, 1 pepper, 1 zucchini, and 4 garlic cloves, chopped.

In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce, 60 ml soy sauce, 2 tbsp orange juice, 2 tbsp honey, and 1 tbsp dijon mustard.

Bake at 180°C/356°F for 25 minutes.

For the second preparation, fry 5 chicken thighs in oil and butter until golden brown on both sides.

Add 5-6 garlic cloves, 0.3 lbs cherry tomatoes, and 70 g green olives.

Pour in 1 cup white wine and add thyme.
