2 tablespoons lime juice

1 cup onions (finely chopped)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon Fleur D' Epis meat and seafood seasoning
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oil for frying
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup scallions (chopped)
1/2 cup watercress (for garnish)
2 oz Laughing Cow cheese (for garnish)

Soak plain loaf bread in milk.

Add lean ground beef to a bowl.
