2 lbs Grated Cassava
1 Cup Sweetened Coconut Flakes
1 (13.5oz) Can Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Condensed Milk Full Fat
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Stick of salted melted butter
2 Jumbo size eggs
1/2 Cup Sweet Condensed Milk (for topping)

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish with the reserved softened butter.

In a large bowl, mix the grated cassava with sugar and sweetened coconut flakes.

Add the eggs and melted butter to the cassava mixture.

Pour in the coconut milk and mix until well combined.

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour covered.

Spread the reserved sweetened condensed milk on top and bake uncovered for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
