red chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
grated ginger - 1 inch
oil - 5 tablespoon

boiled eggs - 7

red chilli powder - 1/2 teaspoon
biryani masala powder - 1/2 teaspoon
turmeric powder - few pinches

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, followed by chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft.

Stir in garlic cloves, grated ginger, and red chillies. Cook for a few minutes.

Add biryani masala powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.

Add boiled eggs, gently mixing them into the masala. Cook for a few minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Garnish with coriander and mint leaves before serving.
