1 cup water
1 cup diced tomatoes
1 medium onion
1/4 cup palm oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 can sardines

Pluck the Kapa from the stem.

Pound the Kapa using a pesel and motor until softened.

Cook the pounded Kapa in a pot with water just above it for about 40 minutes.

Add more charcoal and water as needed during cooking.

After about 2 hours and 40 minutes, add diced tomatoes, onions, and cooking oil to the pot.
