2 cups chickpeas
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tablespoons garlic
1 cup parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon coriander
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon baking powder

Pour 2 cups of chickpeas into the food processor and blend.

Add 1/2 cup of chopped onion, 2 tablespoons of garlic, 1 cup of parsley, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of coriander, and 1 tablespoon of cumin to the food processor and blend until combined.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of flour, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder to the mixture and blend until very fine.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for one hour.

After one hour, remove the mixture from the refrigerator and shape it into balls or flat rounds.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the falafel until cooked through.
