1 stock cube (i used chicken)

1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp garlic salt
1 tbsp beef spice
black pepper
1 tbsp oregano spice
(750 ml) 3 cups of chicken stock
potatoes quartered
2 medium carrots
1 chopped tomato
1 tbsp soy sauce
