1 star anise
1 cinnamon stick
5 cloves
1 cardamom
1 teaspoon poppy seeds

½ teaspoon fennel seeds
½ teaspoon pepper
few mint leaves
1 tbl spoon oil
turmeric powder
¼ teaspoon chilli powder
4 boiled eggs
2 tbl spoon oil
1 onion
1 tomato
1 tbl spoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon chicken masala
salt

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.

Add star anise, cinnamon stick, cloves, cardamom, poppy seeds, fennel seeds, and pepper to the hot oil and sauté until fragrant.

Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.

Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute.

Add chopped tomato and cook until soft.

Mix in turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, chicken masala, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.

Add boiled eggs and gently coat them with the masala.

Garnish with coconut, mint leaves, and coriander leaves before serving.
