Start in your wok with a little oil.

Saute 4 bird peppers and 1 pimento pepper.

Add chopped onions, bell pepper, and scallion, and saute for about a minute.

Add 1 egg, season with salt, and mix with the vegetables.

Add freshly grated ginger and minced garlic, and mix.

Add 2 teaspoons of shrimp paste and 2 teaspoons of chili garlic sauce, and mix.

Add day old jasmine rice, sprinkle with light soy sauce and sesame oil.
