Recipe Information
Besan Barfi
Make sugar syrup by combining sugar and water in a pan over low flame.
In another pan, heat ghee and add besan, roasting it over low flame for 7-8 minutes.
Add milk powder to the roasted besan and mix well.
Pour in the prepared sugar syrup and mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into a mould and spread some nuts on top.
Allow to cool completely before serving.
