Add 500 grams of cubed veal meat and roast over high heat, stirring occasionally until it releases its water.

Add 1 dessert spoon of chilli paste and 1 teaspoon of tomato paste; continue roasting until the tomato paste smells fragrant.

Pour in 3-4 cups of hot water and close the lid of the pressure cooker.

After the pot's whistle blows, cook over low heat for about 20-25 minutes.

Once cooked, take a separate saucepan and add 2 peeled and chopped medium-sized tomatoes and 3 chopped green peppers.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 0.5 teaspoon of black pepper; mix well.

Adjust the water of the dish as desired and close the lid, cooking over low heat until the peppers and tomatoes soften.

Cut 3 medium-sized potatoes into small cubes, mix with 2 tablespoons of oil and 0.5 teaspoon of salt.

Fry the potatoes in an air fryer, or in the oven or oil.

After about 20 minutes, take the cooked dish from the stove and serve hot, sprinkling 2-3 tablespoons of fried potatoes on top.
