Today, variations of corn rolls can be found in many regions, showcasing local flavors and ingredients.

Nutritional yeast provides a cheesy flavor with fewer calories.
Prepare 1 cup of yogurt by straining it in a cotton cloth for 1 hour to remove excess water until it becomes thick.
Transfer the thick yogurt into a bowl.
Add approximately 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise to the yogurt and mix well.
Add small pieces of paneer and boiled sweet corn to the mixture.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix everything together to create the filling.
Take ready-made spring roll sheets out carefully from the package.
Place the filling in the center of the spring roll sheet, towards one corner.
Roll the spring roll tightly from the corner, ensuring the filling is secure inside.
Prepare a slurry by mixing flour and water to create a thick paste.
Apply the flour slurry to the edges of the spring roll to seal it.
Repeat the rolling process for the remaining spring rolls until all the filling is used up.
Heat oil in a kadhai (wok) over medium flame for frying.
Carefully add the spring rolls to the hot oil and fry until they are golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes, flipping them occasionally for even cooking.
Once golden and crispy, remove the spring rolls from the oil and drain on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.
