120 grams wheat flour
120 grams all purpose flour
1 teaspoon oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
120 milliliters water
150 grams boiled sweet corn
220 grams mashed boiled potatoes
2 tablespoons corn flour
2 teaspoons green chili
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons coriander
1/2 teaspoon salt
oil for frying
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon red chili
1 teaspoon garam masala

In a mixing bowl, add 120 grams wheat flour, 120 grams all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 120 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.

Take a medium size ball from the dough.

Roll the ball into small circle.

In a mixing bowl, add 150 grams boiled sweet corn, 220 grams mashed boiled potatoes, 2 tablespoons corn flour, 2 teaspoons green chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 2 teaspoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons coriander, 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix all the ingredients well.

Put some oil on your hands.

Take some mixture on your hand and shape them in kebab.

Heat oil in a pan. Put the kebabs on it.

Cook on low or medium heat until golden brown from all sides.

Drain it on an absorbent paper.

In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons water, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.

Apply a little masala water evenly over it.

Place a roll in the centre and roll it up tightly.
