Open the can of tuna chunks and drain the liquid.

Add the tuna to a mixing bowl.

Chop 100 g of pickled cucumbers and add them to the bowl.

Chop 2 medium eggs and add them to the mixture.

Chop a small bunch of green onions and add them to the bowl.

Core and chop 1 small apple and add it to the mixture as the secret ingredient.

Add a pinch of salt, 4-5 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and 1 teaspoon of mustard to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients well until combined.

Serve the tuna salad on bread or on a bed of salad leaves with tomatoes.
