1 big bowl of water
1 Tbsp vinegar
2-3 Tbsp cooking oil
4 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce (Korean Jin soy sauce or Japanese kikkoman soy sauce)
4 1/2 tsp sugar
1 English cucumber
1 tsp kosher salt
1 pack imitation crab meat
1 can Spam
3-4 cans of Korean canned tuna
3 Tbsp Japanese kewpie mayo
3 tsp sugar
9-10 eggs
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 pack of Korean pre sliced picked radish
1 pack of sesame leaves
4 cups cooked white rice
3 1/2 - 4 Tbsp Korean cooking vinegar
1/4 cup sesame oil

Mix 3 Tbsp Japanese kewpie mayo and 3 tsp sugar with the drained tuna.

To assemble, place a sheet of Korean seaweed on a bamboo mat, spread a layer of rice, and add the prepared ingredients (carrots, burdock, cucumber, crab meat, Spam, tuna, eggs, radish, and sesame leaves) in the center.
