- 4In another bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
- 5Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- 6Pour in water and mix until well combined.
- 7Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- 8Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- 9Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Instructions
- 1In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, urad dal flour, and salt.
- 2Add tomato puree, chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, and cumin seeds to the flour mixture.
- 3Gradually add water to the mixture to form a smooth batter, similar to pancake batter consistency.
- 4Heat a non-stick skillet or tawa over medium heat and lightly grease it with oil.
- 5Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet and spread it into a thin circle.
- 6Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.
- 7Flip the dosa and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the other side is cooked.
- 8Remove from the skillet and repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
- 9Serve hot with chutney or sambar.

Instructions
- 1In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, vegetable oil, and salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- 2In a pan, heat a little oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- 3Add ginger-garlic paste, cooked chicken, peas, garam masala, chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes until well combined. Let the filling cool.
- 4Divide the dough into small balls and roll each ball into a thin circle.
- 5Cut the circle in half to form two semi-circles. Take one semi-circle, and form a cone by folding it and sealing the edge with water.
- 6Fill the cone with the chicken filling and seal the open edge by pressing it together. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
- 7Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Once hot, carefully add the samosas in batches.
- 8Fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 9Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
