1 big block tofu
1 small red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 piece green chili
1-2 pieces red chili
1 medium onion
cooking oil
1 tbsp butter
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp liquid seasoning
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp white pepper
2 tsp white sugar
1/4-1/2 tsp salt
few drops of lemon extract

Heat the cooking oil and butter in a pan over medium heat.

Add the tofu and fry until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add the chopped onion, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and green chili. Sautรฉ until the onions are translucent.

Return the fried tofu to the pan and add mayonnaise, liquid seasoning, oyster sauce, milk, white pepper, white sugar, and salt. Stir well to combine.

Cook for an additional few minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Remove from heat and add a few drops of lemon extract before serving.
