1 tablespoon tamarind paste
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tomato (for garnish)
1 banana leaves (enough to wrap the fish)

Soak red chilies in water.

Chop garlic, ginger, and onion.

Marinate the fish with lime juice.
