Begin assembling the egg rolls by placing filling in the center of a wonton wrapper.
Fold over the bottom corner of the wrapper, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly to seal.
Make a variety of fillings including vegetarian, pepperoni, and salami.
Place the rolled egg rolls in the freezer to firm them up while preparing to fry.
Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F.
Fry the egg rolls in batches, avoiding overcrowding, until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Remove the egg rolls from the oil and drain on paper towels.
