Prepare the dough by mixing flour, sugar, instant yeast, and onion & garlic salt in a bowl.
Warm the milk slightly and add melted butter and sunflower oil, then combine with the dry ingredients.
Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Meanwhile, sauté chopped red onions, green bell pepper, red point bell pepper, and mushrooms in olive oil until softened.
Add minced meat to the skillet and cook until browned, seasoning with ras el hanout, garlic powder, paprika powder, bruchetta mix, cajun seasoning, garlic pepper mix, and onion garlic salt.
Stir in chopped coriander and remove from heat to cool slightly.
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide into equal portions.
Flatten each portion and place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center.
Fold the dough over the filling, sealing it well, and shape into a bun.
Place the buns seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish (if applicable).
Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown.
