Mix well to coat all ingredients evenly.

Thread marinated meat and vegetables onto skewers, alternating pieces.
Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until meat is cooked through and slightly charred.
Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
