In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.

Fold in chocolate chips, almonds, and citrus zests.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan, smoothing the top.

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack.

Let the Gugelhupf cool completely.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
