Knead together flour, egg, oil, salt, and 4-5 tablespoons of warm water until it becomes an even dough.

Coat the dough with some oil and leave to stand, covered, at room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Coat a large tea towel with flour and roll out the dough thinly on it.

Pull the dough apart over the backs of your hands until it is thin enough to see through.

Heat 40 g of butter and lightly brown the breadcrumbs in it.
