1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant yeast
4 tbsp oil
7 – 8 tbsp lukewarm milk or as required
1 egg
2 cups boiled & shredded chicken
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tbsp plain flour
1 medium sized onion (sliced)
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt or to taste
2 - 3 green chillies (chopped)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried oregano herbs

In a bowl, add plain flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt, mix it.

Add egg, oil, and mix it well.

Gradually add milk and mix until well combined.

Transfer the dough to a surface and knead it well for 5 – 7 minutes to make a smooth dough.

Grease oil in a bowl and add dough in it.

Cover it and let the dough rest for 1 – 2 hours in a warm place until it rises.

In a frying pan, add butter and onion.

Cook until the onion becomes soft.

Add garlic paste and mix it.

Add plain flour and cook for 2 minutes.

Gradually add milk and mix well to avoid lumps.

Add salt, black pepper, dried oregano herbs, and cook until the sauce thickens.

Add boiled chicken, chopped green chillies, and mix until well combined.

Turn off the flame and let it cool completely.

Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape with the help of a rolling pin.

Place the filling in the center of the dough.

Make cuts with the help of a knife on both sides.

Fold each side so they overlap each other.

Put chicken bread in a greased baking tray, brush with beaten egg, sprinkle sesame seeds.

Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.

After baking, brush with butter to make the bread soft.
