1 tbsp Rose or Berry Syrup
2 cups Mixed Berries
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1/4 cup Orange Juice
1/4 cup Sugar

Place a heavy bottom pan on medium-high heat and pour in water.

Add in the Agar powder, sugar, and heavy whipping cream. Cook for 5 minutes until warm.

Stir in the rose syrup and turn off the stove.

Pour the mixture into heart-shaped ramekins. Let it cool and place in the refrigerator for 60 minutes or until firm.

Meanwhile, prepare the berry sauce – in a saucepan, add in all the ingredients and place on the stove. Stir until everything is cooked.

Let it cool and strain using a sieve.

Remove the panna cotta from ramekin and place on a serving plate. Drizzle with berry sauce and serve.
