1

Take 1.5 packages of gelatin and add it to 1/3 cup of cold milk in a bowl. Stir to mix and set aside.

2

In a saucepan, combine 1.5 cups of heavy cream, 3/4 cup of milk, and 1/2 cup of sugar. Heat on medium-high until you see a few bubbles forming, which should take about 5 minutes.

3

Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla to the cream mixture and stir.

4

Once bubbles appear, add the gelatin mixture to the saucepan and stir it in with a whisk. Cook for another minute.

5

Melt 3.5 ounces of semi-sweet baker's chocolate in the microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring in between until fully melted.

6

Add the melted chocolate to the cream and gelatin mixture and mix well.

7

Pour the panna cotta mixture into martini glasses or wine glasses using a measuring cup for easier pouring.

8

Place the glasses in the fridge on the bottom shelf and let them set for 8 hours.

9

After setting, prepare to plate by slicing a strawberry into a fan shape and adding it on top of the panna cotta along with some blueberries and icing sugar.
