In a pan on medium flame add milk, cheese, sugar, and vanilla pod.

Mix well and cook. Turn off the flame just before the milk begins to boil.

In another bowl, mix the gelatin in warm water and combine it with the milk. Set aside to cool.

Pour into desired moulds. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for 4 to 5 hours to set.

For making the glaze, in a pan add the berries with sugar. Cook for 10 minutes until the fruits melt partially and form a sauce consistency. Set aside to cool or refrigerate until the panna cotta is ready to serve.

Once the panna cotta is ready, immerse in a hot water bowl to release from the mould. Glaze with the sauce and enjoy.
