200 gms Besan/Gram Flour
1/2 cup Clarified Butter/Ghee
1/2 cup Milk Powder
Pinch of Saffron Colour
3/4 cup Powdered Sugar
Chopped Dry Fruits for Garnishing (Optional)

In a pan, heat the clarified butter (ghee) and add the besan (gram flour).

Roast the besan in the ghee until it turns golden brown and aromatic.

Add the milk powder and saffron color to the roasted besan, mixing well.

Gradually add the powdered sugar, stirring continuously to combine all ingredients.

Once the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan, remove it from heat.

Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then shape it into small pedas or bars.

Garnish with chopped dry fruits if desired.
