1 teaspoon baking powder
16 to 20 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 tablespoon chickpeas

In a bowl, add half teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 16 to 20 tablespoons all-purpose flour.

Pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix well.

Gradually add water until the dough is soft, kneading for at least five minutes.

Let the dough rest for around one hour.

After resting, fold the dough and shape it into small balls.

Heat a non-stick skillet on medium flame without any oil or ghee.

Place the dough balls on the skillet and cook on both sides until golden brown.

For the falafel mixture, soak chickpeas for 15 to 20 hours, then drain.

In a blender, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, and 1 teaspoon coriander powder.

Blend until smooth, adjusting with water if necessary to achieve a nice consistency.

Form the blended mixture into balls and fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
