Cut onions and bell peppers, leaving some whole and cutting others in half for blending.

Blend half of the onions and peppers with a little bit of water in a Ninja Bullet.

Add goat meat, beef, cow foot, and cow skin to a pot.

Season the meat with 2 teaspoons of north seasoning and a pinch of salt, and 2 teaspoons of nature seasoning.

Stir the meat and let it steam for about 3 minutes.

Add the blended pepper and onion mixture to the pot and cover to steam for another 3 minutes.

Add ground shrimp (about a tablespoon) and whole peppers to the pot.

Pour in 8 cups of water and cover to boil for about 20 minutes.

Check the meat after 20 minutes and add 1 more cup of water if needed, then boil for another 20 minutes.

After boiling, add fish, shrimp, and 6 cups of chopped okra to the pot.

Taste the seasoning and adjust if necessary, then cover and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.

Once the water is mostly gone, add 1 cup of palm oil and let it simmer for another 3 minutes.
